Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange — including sale items.
Our return process depends on the situation:
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item received: No return required. Just contact us with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
- Change of mind or sizing: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label once your request is approved.
To start a return, email us at support@anellace.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
Free Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Simply reach out to our team at support@anellace.com and we'll take care of everything for you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it yet, please contact us at support@anellace.com.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
