Shipping policy

How We Ship
At Anellace, we work directly with our manufacturing partners to bring you quality pieces at the best possible value. All orders are shipped internationally and delivered to your door.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time
5–15 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way — use it to follow your package at any time.

Order Tracking
Your tracking number will be sent to your email within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. You can also track your order anytime at anellace.com/tracking.

Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us immediately at support@anellace.com — we can make changes before your order ships. Once dispatched, we're unable to redirect packages to a new address.

Missed Delivery
If no one is available to receive your package, your carrier will make additional delivery attempts or leave instructions for pickup. If the package is returned to us, please contact us at support@anellace.com and we'll arrange reshipment. Please note that a reshipment fee may apply.

Customs & International Shipments
Occasionally, international packages are held for customs clearance. This is a standard procedure and typically takes up to 12 business days to resolve. You will not be charged any customs fees — we cover those costs.

Late or Missing Orders
If your estimated delivery window has passed and your tracking shows no updates, please reach out to us at support@anellace.com and we'll investigate right away.
